The Sharpening Stone is an organization dedicated to sharing the ancient skill of living close to the Earth. They host an annual earth skills gathering, as well as a youth program, summer camps and continual smaller workshops and events throughout the year. Utilizing a large pool of instructors with a wide range of expertise, they focus on sustainable living techniques and ancient nature-based skills.

They are located on 40 beautiful forested acres in the mountains outside of Grants Pass, Oregon.
